Who can buy from X Factor?+
Qualified researchers, laboratory professionals, and licensed institutions, 21 or older, located in the United States. Buyers must attest to research-use intent at age gate and at checkout.
How is purity verified?+
Every batch is tested at an independent ISO 17025-accredited laboratory using HPLC for purity and LC-MS for identity confirmation. Per-batch COAs are linked from each product page.
How should research material be stored?+
Lyophilized peptide powder should be stored at −20°C, light-protected. Reconstituted material is typically held refrigerated and used within 30 days per common protocol literature. Specific storage notes are listed on each product page.
Why is X Factor different?+

Where do you ship from?+
Maryland, USA. Same/next business day fulfillment for orders placed before 1pm ET. Tracked carrier (USPS or UPS). Cold-chain shipping is available on request for temperature-sensitive material.
What countries do you ship to?+
United States only at this time, including all 50 states (subject to state-specific compound restrictions disclosed at checkout). We do not ship internationally.
Do you accept credit cards?+
Yes. Card processing is handled by a high-risk payment processor specializing in research-chemical merchants. ACH and crypto options are also accepted. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.
How do I track my order?+
A tracking link is emailed to the order address as soon as the carrier scans the package. If you have not received a tracking email within one business day of order placement, contact research@xfactorpeptidelab.com.

What is your refund policy?+
Due to the research-grade nature and chain-of-custody requirements, all sales are final once shipped. Damaged-in-transit replacement and manufacturing-defect replacement are covered — see our Refund & Return Policy.
Where can I find your COAs?+
Each product detail page links the per-batch COA. The lot number on your vial corresponds to a PDF stored at /coa/<LOT>.pdf. If you cannot locate a COA for a lot, request one at research@xfactorpeptidelab.com.
