Every TB-500 vial ships with a per-lot certificate of analysis containing HPLC purity, mass-spec confirmation, and a release signature.
The chromatogram
The largest peak is your peptide. Any small peaks before or after represent synthesis side-products or trace solvents. Catalog release threshold is ≥ 98% area purity.
Mass spectrometry
MS confirmation shows the molecular weight. For TB-500 this should match the published monoisotopic mass within ±0.5 Da.
