Export Compliance Policy

X Factor Research LLC (DBA X Factor Peptides) ships to addresses in the United States only. We do not currently export, re-export, or fulfill orders to addresses outside the United States.
EAR / ITAR
Our research peptides are not designated as defense articles under ITAR and are not currently classified under specific EAR ECCNs that require a license for US-domestic transactions. We do not engage in export transactions that would require a BIS license. If our product designation changes, we will update this page and gate sale accordingly.
Restricted-party screening
For wholesale and institutional orders, we screen the buyer against:
- OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list
- BIS Entity List
- State Department Debarred Parties List
- US Customs ACE for known shipper restrictions
A flagged party will not be onboarded.
Restricted destinations
We do not ship to:
- Embargoed countries or regions under OFAC sanctions (Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk, etc.)
- Any address that masks a non-US destination via freight forwarder
We may refuse any US order that appears to be a re-export staging point. Refused orders are refunded in full.
Diversion control
If you ask us to ship to a freight forwarder or third-party address that does not match the billing record, we will request additional documentation before proceeding.
