X Factor Research LLC (DBA X Factor Peptides) respects copyright. We respond to valid notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512 (the Digital Millennium Copyright Act).

Submitting a notice

Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it on the site (URL).
  4. Your contact information (address, phone, email).
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Counter-notice

False notices
